Rules and Regulation

1. The contest is opened to children ages 5 - 12 years old.
2. Contest form is to be submitted to organisers before 10 am 23th September 2016.
3. Incomplete or illegible contest form will be disqualified.
4. The organizer will not provide tables and chairs
5. The organizer will provide art paper.
6. Participants are required to prepare their own colouring materials.
7. Participants are required to register themselves ½ hour before the contest commenced.
8. Participants are required to complete their artworks within 2 hours.
9. No advice or assistance shall be given by third party during the competition. Organiser reserves the right to disqualify
participants.
10. The result will be announced and prizes will be presented to the winners on the same day.
11. Submitted artwork will become the properties of the organiser and are not returnable. The organizer reserves the
rights to use the artworks for whatsoever promotional activities deemed fit within the group companies.
The organiser shall not be liable for any losses of the artworks displayed.
12. The organiser reserves the rights to replace any of the prizes with items of equal value without prior notice.
13. Judges’ decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
